Ms. Randall is an associate at Butz Dunn & DeSantis. Her areas of practice include complex civil litigation, commercial disputes, franchise litigation, general business litigation and professional negligence, and employment law matters.

Representative Matters

  • Assisting in the defense of a municipal agency and its police department in a pending action for civil rights violations, wrongful death and policy violations arising from an officer involved shooting.
  • Assisting in the defense of a national software company in a pending action brought by a former employee for wrongful termination, breach of contract and non-payment of commissions.
  • Acted as second chair in a five week jury trial in defense of a legal malpractice action involving breach of fiduciary claims.
  • Assisted in the representation and defense of several national law firms in professional negligence cases.
  • Assisted in the representation and defense of a major franchise in a breach of contract action.
  • Successfully represented corporate clients in the defense of employment actions brought pursuant to the EEOC.
  • Advises small business owners concerning contracts, leases and business strategy.

Education

Ms. Randall completed her undergraduate degree at Yale University in 1995. In 2003, she received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Ms. Randall was a staff editor of the American Criminal Law Review and practiced in the domestic violence court. She also interned with the United States Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. in the Gang Prosecution Unit.
